Dennis came to Silver Oak to receive Physical and Occupational Therapy as well as work on gait training techniques to achieve goals to be able to successfully transition with his wife to an Assisted Living Facility. We are happy to report that Dennis has not only hit those goals, but has successfully maintained well enough to be accepted to a area AL community.
